What this site collects

The free objection tool requires no account and no login. The objection you type is sent to the language model that generates your response. It is not stored by this site, and nothing you type is retained after the response is returned.

Two features on this site work differently, and they are described below.

Live Copilot

Live Copilot transcribes speech locally in your browser using your browser's own speech recognition. Your audio and your live transcript are not uploaded to this site and are not stored by us.

When Live Copilot detects a likely objection, it sends that short piece of detected text - not the whole transcript - to our engine so a response can be generated, the same way the free tool works. That text is not stored after the response comes back.

Starting a Live Copilot session requires a work email address and an on-screen acknowledgment. When you start a session, your email address and the time of your acknowledgment are sent to the site operator by email as a record of that consent. This is the one place where the site retains information that identifies you.

Your email address is also saved in your own browser so you do not have to retype it. You can clear it by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Live Copilot is intended for calls you are a party to, and it is your responsibility to comply with the recording and consent laws that apply where you and the other party are located.

Practice sessions

The Sales Objection Simulator runs like the free tool - what you type is sent to the engine and is not stored on our servers. A short history of your recent practice sessions is kept in your own browser only, so the site can show you the pattern in your own play. It never leaves your device, and clearing this site's data in your browser erases it.

Server logs

Standard web server logs may record request metadata such as the time of the request, browser type, and approximate location.

Your responsibility

Do not paste customer names, contract terms, or anything confidential into the box. Type the objection, not the account.
